Focus: "Dutch Tax Aspects of Investing in Africa"
On 20 September, NABC hosted their monthly Africa Business Club Meeting* exclusively for NABC members. This event is hosted every third Thursday of the month and provides an ideal networking opportunity for all NABC members.
For this meeting, NABC, together with KPMG Meijburg & Co. (Mr. Marijn Verhagen) and Pelican Trust (Mr. Jan Hein Wille), focused on highlighting several tax aspects and benefits of the Dutch tax system for small, medium and large companies investing in Africa. Some examples of African tax systems were also highlighted. Many members were inspired to share their own experiences, while highlighting both the challenges and opportunities in both the Dutch and african tax systems.
