Every year the Dutch ambassadors in Africa come together in the Netherlands for an ambassadors conference to discuss current African affairs. This year NABC together with NCH and Sanec has taken the initiative to organize a cocktail where it is possible to meet the ambassadors in person. To come in contact with ambassadors can be beneficiary for closing in on business opportunities. Right now, ambassadors of Pretoria, Yaound?, Dakar, Ougadougou, Maputo, Lusaka, Dar es Salaam, Rabat, Tunis, Addis Ababa, Bamako, Cotonou, and Kinshasa have confirmed their presence. Therefore, this cocktail provides a great opportunity to get some valuable contacts.

NABC functions as the perfect bridge between the Dutch business community and its government on the one hand, and the African companies and governments on the other.

As an entrepreneur, you can always call on NABC. If for instance you are engaged in vegetable seed production, there will be somebody in the NABC network who can tell you more about the situation in African countries. As an entrepreneur you have to invest in your network, and in Africa NABC is the ideal partner. NABC organizes different kind of meetings; then there will always be something interesting in it for every sector.

For instance, the Ambassadors reception at the beginning of September was an excellent event. At that meeting, I came into contact with Dutch ambassadors from several African countries and was able to share my experience in several markets.
